Service Level

Puppy Dog Hotel is owned and run by very experienced UK Assistance Dog Trainers and Socialisers, with over 30 years of experience in dealing with dogs and puppies of all breeds and ages. Puppy Dog Hotel offers all the dogs and puppies that stay with us a very high level of love, care, stimulating fun and play within a family home set within the beautiful Chiltern Hills, with Rolling Meadows, Sweeping Fields and Enchanting Woodland walks on our doorstep and just because we like to all our guests enjoy loads of hugs and kisses too. Puppy Dog Hotel offers a safe and smoke free environment for all our wonderful guests, staff trained in emergency first aid of dogs.

All dogs and puppies stay with us in our own home; we do not have any kennels at the Puppy Dog Hotel. Our guests normally enjoy at least two walks per day tailored to the dogs needs, groomed daily and a coat conditioner applied at least every three days providing the dog does not have any allergies. We will endeavour to create a ‘Home’ DVD+ of your dogs visit along with some photos+ at the end of the DVD. We will also supply a basic daily report+ of your dogs stay with us. E-mail updates, Text and photo message+ and some video+ of your dog put onto our You Tube account page so that you can see your dog from almost anywhere in the World. In addition to You Tube video/pictures are also available for our clients to view via our Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Flickr accounts.

All dogs that are guests at Puppy Dog Hotel are assessed prior to being accepted onto our client list. Puppy Dog Hotel does not use any third party ‘Boarders or Host families’ like many home boarders do, these boarders

or host families are often unlicensed, this maybe a criminal offence. At Puppy Dog Hotel your dog will stay with and be cared for by us at all times,

and of course as you would expect from the UK’s Premier Boarding and Visiting Pet Care Service we are fully licensed and insured. Puppy Dog Hotel continues to build its business and growing reputation on the recommendations of our current clients, we also enjoy the recommendation of veterinary practices across the Home Counties and London due to our experience, knowledge and premier range of services we offer.

Puppy Dog Hotel offers clients a nationwide collection and return of your dog(s) or puppy(s) using on of our Pet Taxi’s if required and is insured to transport domestic pets across the UK.

Puppy Dog Hotel is fully licensed by: Chiltern District Council and fully insured.

Charities:

Puppy Dog Hotel makes a regular monthly donation to several dog and animal related charities, these include: Dog's Trust, Dogs for the Disabled, Guide Dogs, Hearing Dogs for Deaf People, Border Collie Trust, P.D.S.A, (Peoples Dispensary for Sick Animals), Lake District Mountain Rescue Search Dogs, these charities rely on public donations and do a wonderful job, without government funding and often without thanks. In addition we also offer our boarding and training/socialisation services to the Hearing Dogs for Deaf People charity without charge, we also have a collection box for the Dogs Trust, Guide Dogs and Dogs for the Disabled at the Puppy Dog Hotel, all contributions welcome! We are currently inviting recommendations for other dog/animal charities to receive a monthly donation from the Puppy Dog Hotel, if you know a worthwhile cause please e-mail us with details, after consideration we will make a monthly donation to the charity we feel is the most in need/worthwhile. Please consider helping an animal charity of your choice, by either volunteering or by making a cash donation, even a small regular donation can make a big difference.
