As we are fully licensed by Chiltern District Council, insured and are regulated by HMRC we are required by law to collect and store data/information on both your dog/pet, on you and any third parties.
Puppy Dog Hotel will NEVER pass your personal information to any third parties, unless in the event of Vital Interest in your dog/puppy or pets life (e.g Vets) or in accordance to licencing legislation from Chiltern District Council, insurance in the event of a claim and HMRC.
Puppy Dog Hotel is governed by the Licencing of Chiltern District Council and a requirement of this is to have a third party contact and vet details in the event of emergency. By accepting these terms you are confirming that you have consent from these third parties to pass their personal information on to us, for us to hold ‘on file’ (see above) for when we may use this.
